when initiating Actiona(3) from accecorries list the raspberry pi3 stalls on startup for Actiona(3): passes several inializations then freezes when "creating action dialog Pixel color"...about 1/2 way through the startup initialization sequence. Cannot run Actiona(3)

it appears I have latest update Actiona 3

Try with Ubuntu mate os

This is a bug in the Qt package under Debian 9 and derivatives, see https://github.com/Jmgr/actiona/issues/64
