after install on windows server 2012 r2, when try to run program
show me a windows: unable to load 1 action, actionpacksystem, cannot load library .......actionpacksystem.dll. the specified module could not be found

but i have checked, and module exist
maybe in windows server 2012 doesn't work?

hi, i have try with old version 3.8.0 and no problem
the problem is only with 3.9.1
