Issues with spam blocklists

Hello everyone,

I just got an e-mail from a user who wasn't able to post on the forum because his IP address was blocked.

After verifications, it seems that one of the blocklists providers has decided to stop his activity. This is fine, but they have decided to return a positive result to every IP check that will be sent to them, instead of an error message indicating that the service is no longer active. This is incredible. So now I suppose that a lot of forums are non longer usable just because of that. Great.

Anyway, sorry if you have tried to post on this forum during the last 3 month... The problem should be fixed now.
