Hello, my problem is that the procedure doesn't work, i don't understand what on my computer can make that bug, i uninstalled and installed windows but nothing to do... can someone help me to fix the problem ?

My hunch is that you might have installed the wrong version of Actiona. But your answers will clear this up.
