Hello Devs. I am using Debian 9 Stretch and just installed Actiona Version 3.9.2-1+b1 from the source debian-stable-main.
And i am getting this:

I have exactly the same error, it looks like the mistake comes from QT but I did not understand why. I tried different things like install qt 5.8.
I tried the procedure on this page :

but I am stuck when compiling the command "qmake -r && make" does not work.

There is a bug in the Qt package in some versions of Debian.
