I've gotten around this by using Keyboard shortcuts instead of mouse actions, which is better anyway as it is independent of screen resolution.

I am not able to get actiona to click on an item in a drop down menu in an application such as Libreoffice because it requires the mouse to first press on the top menu and then release on a submenu in the dropdown, all in one action.
